I am a proud native of the vibrant island of Puerto Rico “La Isla del Encanto”. With 15 wonderful years of marriage, I've built a beautiful, blended family, consisting of 5 amazing children and the joy of my life, 5 adorable granddaughters.

My journey in the world of customer service began over two decades ago, and it's a career I'm deeply passionate about. Over the last 24 years, I've had the privilege of helping countless individuals, understanding their needs, and providing solutions with a smile. I am fully bilingual, English, and Spanish, which has allowed me to make an enormous impact in the Latino communities.

In the past 7 years, I've embarked on a new adventure in the heart of Texas, specifically in the bustling Dallas-Fort Worth area, as a dedicated Real Estate agent. Assisting families in finding their dream homes and guiding them through the intricate real estate process has been incredibly rewarding.

Beyond my professional life, I cherish every moment spent with my beloved family. Family is my anchor, and there's nothing more fulfilling than creating lasting memories together.
