Born in Cuba, Ricardo Amoroso began his professional journey in the banking sector in 2016, working as a store manager for a personal loan company. Over the course of eight years, he developed strong expertise in credit, customer service, management, and sales—skills that laid a solid foundation for his future in real estate.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Ricardo also contributed his time and energy to YMCA International, a non-profit organization supporting refugee communities. There, he played a key role in guiding individuals toward self-sufficiency by connecting them with meaningful job opportunities.

In 2025, Ricardo made the exciting decision to pursue a career in real estate, combining his professional experience with his desire to serve families. His mission is to help clients navigate the home buying process with confidence and find a place they can truly call home.
